# 如何做好劳逸结合

常说的劳逸结合是劳动和休息放松相结合，不能过度劳动而导致生病等问题。

* 放空自己，陪家人看看电视、陪孩子玩玩游戏；
* 暂时搁浅，外出走走，找好友打打球、组个饭局、逛个商场；
* 看个喜剧电影；
* 找良师益友，谈谈心；
